Initial Assessment

• 15-30 minute chat with myself

We can discuss what you're looking to get out of counselling, some of your background that has contributed to your situation and what you have tried and found helpful/not helpful. I'll also give a brief introduction about myself, introduce you to my counselling style and let you know my thoughts on how to move forward.

Individual Therapy

• $100 per session
• 50 minute sessions
• In-person/online

All payments will be made via e-transfer. Most insurance companies also have coverage for counselling services with an MSW or RSW distinction. If you are uncertain about your coverage please reach out to your insurance provider.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment. If it is an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.
